Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your CHICORIENT account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Complete the return request form
  5. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you an incorrect or defective item.

International customers: Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. Any currency conversion fees or differences due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company first
  • Some payment processors require additional time to process refunds
  • If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
